Delivery Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners TCS and M&P.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2–3 working days (depending on your location).

Note: Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public/religious holidays.

Shipping Options

• Complimentary Standard Delivery – Free on all orders above Rs. 3,000

• Premier Express Delivery – Rs. 199 flat fee for orders below Rs. 3,000

Both options deliver within 2–3 working days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Possible Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or national/religious holidays.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll replace it at no cost.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.

• Once approved, we’ll arrange the replacement and cover return shipping.
